These plans are designed for the special health needs of those eligible for Medicare and Medicaid or those with chronic health problems.

This plan is available to those diagnosed with certain chronic aliments such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease or hypertension.  If you have one of these illnesses please contact us to find out more.  This plan is available in all 32 Florida counties served. You may join the plan at anytime.  Benefits are generous with low co-pays.  For example, Primary Care Physician visits have no co-pay and Specialist visits are only $5.  Advantage Health Florida includes Health/Fitness club membership, Dental, Vision and Hearing benefits as well as a quarterly Over-The-Counter Drug and Supply allowance.  Part D Drug benefits come with this $0 premium plan which includes coverage through the Gap. 

This plan is available to those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. This is probably the best way to reduce your medical expenses but many will rush to the speedy conclusion that they are not eligible.  Don't rush to judgment.  Let us help you find out for sure if you or a loved one are eligible for Value One.  This plan is available in all 32 Florida counties served and is open for enrollments all year around...there is no "Lock-In".  Depending on your level of Medicaid eligibility, many co-pays are $0, including hospital stays, tier 1 drugs, screenings and immunizations as well as selected hearing, dental and vision services.  Like other QHP plans, Value One Florida offers Health/Fitness club membership and a quarterly Over-The-Counter Drug and Supply allowance.
