Quality Rx is our base plan for
those whose medication costs are
moderate. This plan offers
prescription drug
coverage well beyond what
Medicare classifies as "credible
coverage". You can get a
90 day supply of your Tier 1
medication for $0 co-pay and a
30 day supply of Tier 2
medications is only $25.
The plan provides coverage until
your yearly drug costs exceed
$2,510 then there is a gap in
coverage until you reach $4,050
when you become eligible for
Catastrophic Coverage. If
you expect your yearly drug
expenses to be below $2,510 then
Quality RX is the plan for you.
This plan is available
throughout the state of Florida. Monthly plan premium is $20.10. |
Quality Rx Plus is our premium
plan that is designed for those
members whose annual medication
cost exceeds the Initial
Coverage Limit
 established
by Medicare. Coverage and
co-pays are similar to Quality
Rx during the Initial Coverage
period but this plan provides
coverage through the Gap, or
Donut Hole as it is often
called. You couldn't ask
for a better deal...Quality Rx
Plus covers your 90 day supply
of Tier 1 medications for $0
co-pay. This plan is
available throughout the state
of Florida. Monthly plan
premium is $36.70.
