coverage for a reasonable monthly premium of
$47.10. For example, Tier 1, Tier 2 and

Co-insurance for hospitalization is only $50
per day for the first 3 days. This is
truly premium healthcare. The plan is

premium. All you do is continue to pay you
Medicare Part B premium. For $0 plan premium you get
hospitalization, primary care, hearing, vision
and dental coverage as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 coverage
through the Gap. The plan is available in

This is our
stand-alone Medicare Advantage Plan that does
not include Part D drug coverage. New for
2008, this plan is a Part B premium reduction
plan that gives you back $25 per month. This
plan is ideal for those who have drug coverage
through another entity such as VA or an employer
group. There is $0 plan premium for this
plan but you still get comprehensive medical
coverage with low and predictable co-pays.
