Advantage Premium is the flagship of our Medicare Advantage Plans with low co-pays and broad coverage for a reasonable monthly premium of $57.00.  For example, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 6 drugs are covered through the Gap.  Co-insurance for hospitalization is only $75 per day for the first 3 days.  This is truly premium healthcare.  The plan is available in Brevard, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, Charlotte, Lee, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie and Volusia Counties.

Advantage Silver is a great plan for a great rate: $0 plan premium.  All you do is continue to pay you Medicare Part B premium.  For $0 plan premium you get hospitalization, primary care, hearing, vision and dental coverage as well as Tier 1 and Tier 6 coverage through the Gap. The plan is available in Brevard, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, Charlotte, Lee, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie and Volusia Counties.this plan click the view icon.

This is our stand-alone Medicare Advantage Plan that does not include Part D drug coverage.  New for 2008, this plan is a Part B premium reduction plan that gives you back $46 per month.  This plan is ideal for those who have drug coverage through another entity such as VA or an employer group.  There is $0 plan premium for this plan but you still get comprehensive medical coverage with low and predictable co-pays.  This plan is available in Brevard, Charlotte, Clay, Duval, Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, Volusia, Bradford, Broward, Citrus, Columbia, Martin, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Suwannee, and Union Counties.

Similar to Advantage Premium, above, but the coverage area is Bradford, Duval, Clay Columbia, Lake, Marion, Sumter, Suwannee, Union and St. Johns Counties, FL..  The reasonable plan premium is $65.00. 

Similar to Advantage Silver, above, but the coverage area is Bradford, Duval, Clay Columbia, Lake, Marion, Sumter, Suwannee, Union and St. Johns Counties, FL.   

Similar to Advantage, above, but the coverage area is Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.  Best of all, the premium give-back is 100% of the part B premium or $96.40 per month.
