Dr. Haider Khan has been a practicing physician since the mid 1970s. He has dealt exclusively with managed care since 1990. His vast experience includes Assistant Director of the Family Practice Residency Program in Bayshore, New York affiliated with the State University of New York at Stony Brook.	Dr. Nazeer Khan’s approach to health care administration is heavily influenced by his experiences as a physician. He believes that superb care of the patient is always an uncompromising priority, but dramatic improvement in cost-effectiveness can be achieved through the elimination of inefficiencies.	Sabiha Khan, QHP's Chief Operations Officer has been working in all aspects of healthcare and brings forward over a decade of experience as a Healthcare Administrator. As a graduate of the Masters of Business Administration at Columbia University, Sabiha has been able to implement cutting edge processes, which have streamlined many departmental operations here at QHP.

Dr. Rose brings to Quality Health Plans broad and successful experience as both a practicing physician and an administrator of managed healthcare systems.	Dr. Michael Yanuck is a board certified Family Physician. He has served as Medical Director for a number of Health Plans serving the Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and County Indigent populations.	Dr. Bonanno has been the Family Medicine Residency Program Director and Medical Director at the Brentwood Family Health Center for more than 30 years.

Mr. Sherwin earned his Accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1980 and began his career with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where he focused on the insurance industry as a member of the audit team.	Ms. Clements brings over 13 years experience in the managed care industry to Quality Health Plans. She obtained her degree in Business Administration and is currently working on a degree in Health Care Administration.	Ms. Sanabria has over seven years successful experience in Human Resources with industry leaders in Medicare/Medicaid insurance field. In 2005 she obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Lisa Cierpka joined Quality Health Plans, as Manager of the Medical Affairs Department, Utilization Management Division and was soon promoted to Director of Medical Affairs. She brings almost 10 years of years of expertise in the Disease Management forum.	Mrs. Smith joined our organization in January of 2005 bringing with her 17 years of managed care experience. She began her managed care career with Florida 1st Health Plans, Inc. an HMO servicing Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties and a Third Party Administrator servicing self insured groups throughout the United States.	Angela Hart joined Quality Health Plans in July 2006. Ms. Hart brings over 6 years of experience in the Medicaid and Medicare managed care industry to Quality Health Plans. Ms. Hart ensures Quality Health Plans complies with the rules and regulations of regulatory bodies/agencies and that policies and procedures are followed. Ms. Hart holds a masters degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
