Dr. Rose brings to Quality
Health Plans broad and successful experience as
both a practicing physician and an administrator
of managed healthcare systems. He received
Board Certification in Internal Medicine in
1988, with added qualification in Geriatrics in
1992, and has been licensed to practice in New
York, New Jersey and Florida.
In 1996 Dr. Rose earned a
Master of Science in Business Management from
National Louis University, in Tampa, and in
1999, he received a Master of Medical Management
from Tulane
University, in
New Orleans.
This abiding commitment to the expansion of the
range of his expertise has given Dr. Rose an
unparalleled understanding of healthcare
systems. Since coming to Quality Health Plans
in January of 2003, he has employed this
understanding to sharpen and refine practices
and procedures at QHP. |
